TERMS & CONDITIONS

Westcountry Music Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any comments or suggestions please e-mail us at sales@westcountry-music.co.uk.

For ordering information please see the ‘How to Order’ tab but you do need to know how we operate.

Once an order is received we will confirm receipt by e-mail if you have given us your e-mail address. The order is then normally processed within 24 hours and we will also e-mail you to confirm that the order has been despatched.

We do not ask for payment up front and all orders are despatched with an invoice, and we accept payment by BACS (our bank account details are on the invoice) or by cheque (payable to Westcountry Music Ltd.). Please note, we only accept payment by BACS or cheque. No card payments or PayPal are currently accepted.

We respectfully request that payment is made within fourteen days of receipt of the order. We do reserve the right to add a surcharge to orders that are not paid within 21 days, so should there be a valid reason why an invoice has not been settled within the period, such as, for example, a treasurer of a choir being away on holiday, then just let us know in good time by e-mail to sales@westcountry-music.co.uk.

All orders within the UK are free of charge as the prices in our catalogues include second class postage. Should you need some music urgently we will do our best to assist you, but we would then also recommend that you e-mail us on sales@westcountry-music.co.uk to ensure that the urgency is brought to our attention.

For orders from outside of the UK we ask for a BACS payment up front, and this will be confirmed by e-mailing you prior to despatching the order to you.

Our telephone number is 01392 421966, but as we are often busy and may not be in the office when you ring, an answerphone will respond and we urge you to leave a clear message accordingly. We will come back to you as soon as we can.

 

Should an order relate to an item that for any reason is not currently unavailable we will immediately advise you by e-mail and you are quite within your rights to then cancel your order, rather than wait until the item is next available.

 

Should you make an order which subsequently turns out to be incorrect, for example, if you inadvertently ordered mixed voice choir music instead of male voice choir music, the copies can be returned, and in these circumstances, assuming that the copies are still in a perfectly re-saleable condition, we will be happy to re-process the order for you on the correct basis.
